- Where do you play and live before coming to Hørsholm?
I´m originally from St. Louis and I played two years at Valparaiso and then two years at Calumet College.
- What was your major in school?
Business management
- Why did you choose to come to Denmark?
I wanted to keep playing after I was done with college, and Hørsholm gave me the best offer.
- What did you know about Denmark prior to coming?
Absolutely nothing :-)
- What are your strengths as a player?
I have a good work ethic
- What are you weaknesses and how do you try to improve these?
I guess that would be my shooting and I just keep practicing!
- When you are done playing, what do you see yourself doing?
Coaching - definitely! Right now Im working with some kids up in Nivå

Competitive, fun, intense

I slipped in a game once - a little embarassing :-)
- You have only been here about a week – what is you impression of DK basketball so far?
It’s competitive and it seems to be good league
- Your impression of Denmark as a whole?
I´ve enjoyed beeing here so far – it´s a nice country.
- The biggest cultural difference?
Well, definitely the language, I don´t understand any Danish :-) (We have heard Mike count in Danish in practice! red.) And the food is also a little different - I´m used the typical American foods.
- What do you miss about home?
I miss my girlfriend, but luckily she will come visit in a few weeks.
We are very excited to have Mike here in Hørsholm and we wish him and the team good luck in the upcoming season. Once again, welcome Mike. Don´t forget to come on October 14th and see the mens home opener against Bakken Bears.
